These Terms of Use & Sale govern use of HumanTangle.com and direct purchases made through HumanTangle.com. HumanTangle is an independent publication founded by Rehan Anjum and operated by Enterobiz LLC.
If you complete a direct purchase after these Terms are presented or linked at checkout, the purchase and digital-content provisions below apply to that order. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right that applicable law does not allow HumanTangle to exclude.
HumanTangle publishes general informational and educational material about recurring human patterns, behavior, choices, beliefs, relationships, responsibility and change. Its flagship book is HumanTangle: What Pulls Us by Rehan Anjum.
HumanTangle is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal or financial service. The separate Disclaimer explains these boundaries in more detail.
A direct purchase of HumanTangle: What Pulls Us is a one-time purchase of the complete digital book for one individual buyer.
The direct purchase includes one PDF edition and one EPUB edition. There is no subscription, recurring charge, course, coaching program or additional knowledge tier required to complete what the book begins.
No physical product is included unless HumanTangle expressly offers one separately in the future.
PDF and EPUB are standard digital formats. The buyer needs a compatible PDF reader and EPUB reader or device. HumanTangle does not provide a proprietary reading app for this purchase.
The purchase price displayed before checkout applies to the order. The current direct price of HumanTangle: What Pulls Us is US$9.99.
Any tax HumanTangle is legally required to collect should be disclosed through checkout where applicable. Payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe.
HumanTangle does not require buyers to provide complete payment-card details through the Contact page or ordinary email.
A purchase is accepted when payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed. Submitting an order does not authorize HumanTangle to charge more than the amount disclosed for that order.
If payment is taken but the order cannot be fulfilled because of a technical error, duplicate transaction, unavailable product or another problem on HumanTangle’s side, HumanTangle will review the transaction and provide the appropriate remedy.
HumanTangle may refuse or cancel an order before delivery where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, an obvious pricing or technical error, sanctions or other legal restrictions, or misuse of the purchasing system. If HumanTangle cancels a paid order and does not supply the purchased content, the payment will be refunded unless applicable law requires another remedy.
After successful payment, the buyer receives access to the PDF and EPUB editions through a private digital-delivery link. The delivery link remains available for 14 days from issuance and then expires.
The expiry of the delivery link does not remove the legitimate buyer’s personal-use rights in files already lawfully obtained, and it does not automatically mean a legitimate purchaser must buy the book again.
If you could not obtain one of the included files because of a failed download, corrupted file, expired link or another genuine delivery problem, contact HumanTangle. The original purchase can be verified and access restored or reissued where appropriate.

HumanTangle is designed to make the digital book available shortly after successful payment.
Where applicable law gives a consumer a withdrawal or cancellation right for digital content, HumanTangle will rely on an exception for immediate digital supply only where the legally required conditions have been met. This may include prior express consent to begin supply during the withdrawal period, acknowledgment that the applicable withdrawal right is lost once supply begins, and confirmation of that consent and acknowledgment in a durable record.
If those legally required conditions have not been met, these Terms do not treat a statutory withdrawal right as waived. Nothing in these Terms removes cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that applicable law does not permit a seller to exclude.
Purchasing the book gives the individual buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the supplied PDF and EPUB editions for personal use. The buyer may keep and read the purchased files on devices they personally use and may make reasonable personal backups.
Buying the book does not transfer ownership of copyright, publication rights or other intellectual-property rights in the book itself. One purchase is for one individual buyer, not a family, household, organization, classroom, library, company or other multi-user license.
You may read the purchased book for personal use; store it on devices you personally use; make reasonable personal backups; discuss and recommend the book; review or criticize it; and quote limited portions where permitted by applicable copyright law, fair use, fair dealing or another lawful exception.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent lawful criticism, review, quotation or discussion.
Unless HumanTangle gives separate written permission or applicable law expressly permits the use, you may not send the complete PDF or EPUB to another person; provide additional copies to family members, friends, colleagues or other users; upload the complete book to a public website, shared drive, repository or file-sharing service; resell or redistribute the supplied files; remove or falsify ownership information to misrepresent authorship; reproduce substantial portions as a substitute for purchasing the book; or present the book or substantial portions as your own work.
If another person wants their own copy, they should obtain their own copy through HumanTangle.com or another authorized seller.
Unless otherwise stated, original text, structure, branding, graphics and other original HumanTangle material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Copyright in HumanTangle: What Pulls Us belongs to Rehan Anjum, subject to any rights belonging to third parties in material lawfully quoted, cited or otherwise incorporated.
HumanTangle does not claim ownership over facts, research findings, ordinary ideas, public records, third-party works or other material it does not own. Use of a source or citation does not transfer ownership of that source to HumanTangle.
HumanTangle may rely on research papers, public records, documented cases, institutional material and other sources. HumanTangle aims to distinguish what a source establishes from interpretation, inference and uncertainty.
Research findings can have limitations and may later be corrected, challenged, reinterpreted or supplemented by newer evidence. Publication of an explanation does not mean HumanTangle claims access to the private motive of a particular person.
The Disclaimer explains the evidentiary, medical and mental-health boundaries that apply to HumanTangle material.
Purchasing or reading HumanTangle: What Pulls Us does not guarantee behavioral change, improvement in mental health or relationships, resolution of a personal problem, a particular decision or outcome, diagnosis or treatment, financial or professional results, or any other individualized result.
The book provides general informational and educational material. Understanding something can be useful without making change automatic.
HumanTangle aims to publish carefully and represent sources proportionately, but errors can occur. HumanTangle may correct factual errors, broken citations, typographical mistakes or other problems when they are discovered.
A legitimate correction does not require HumanTangle to preserve an earlier mistake merely because it appeared in a previous version. If a material issue affects a digital product already sold, HumanTangle may provide a corrected file where appropriate.
You may use HumanTangle.com for ordinary lawful personal use. You may not intentionally interfere with website operation or security; attempt unauthorized access to protected systems or delivery mechanisms; bypass reasonable access controls to obtain content you did not purchase; use automation in a way that materially disrupts the website; introduce malicious code; or use HumanTangle.com for unlawful activity.
These restrictions are intended to protect the website and its users, not to prevent ordinary browsing, search-engine indexing, accessibility tools or legitimate research.
HumanTangle may update, maintain, modify or temporarily interrupt parts of HumanTangle.com. HumanTangle does not promise that the website will operate without interruption forever.
Temporary website unavailability does not remove rights a legitimate buyer has in digital files already lawfully obtained. Where a technical problem prevents delivery of a paid order, HumanTangle will review the problem under the Refund & Digital Delivery Policy.
HumanTangle may link to research databases, publications, institutions, public records, retailers or other third-party websites. Those services are operated independently.
A link does not mean HumanTangle controls, guarantees or endorses everything available through the external website. External websites may change, move or disappear without HumanTangle’s control.
Refunds, duplicate payments, defective files, failed delivery, expired delivery links and similar issues are governed by the Refund & Digital Delivery Policy, which forms part of the terms applying to direct purchases from HumanTangle.com.
Nothing in that policy or these Terms restricts a mandatory consumer remedy that applicable law does not allow HumanTangle to exclude.
HumanTangle’s handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy. Payment providers and other third-party services may process information under their own privacy terms when you interact with those services.
HumanTangle does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to that rule, HumanTangle is not responsible for losses caused solely by a reader treating clearly identified general informational or educational material as individualized professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HumanTangle is also not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant transaction occurred.
Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility for providing the digital product substantially as described or any other responsibility that applicable consumer law does not permit HumanTangle to exclude.
Different countries and regions provide different consumer protections. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or replaces a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow HumanTangle to exclude.
If a mandatory consumer protection applicable to your purchase gives you stronger rights than these Terms, that mandatory protection applies.
HumanTangle may update these Terms when the website, product, law or operating practices materially change. The current version will show its latest update date.
A later change to these Terms will not be used simply to remove rights already attached to a completed purchase where doing so would be unlawful or unfair. Material terms disclosed at the time of a purchase remain relevant to that transaction.
These Terms and direct transactions with Enterobiz LLC are generally governed by the laws applicable to Enterobiz LLC in the State of New Mexico, United States, together with applicable federal law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to a buyer in another jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section requires a consumer to give up a court, forum or consumer-protection right that applicable law does not permit these Terms to remove.
If you believe something has gone wrong with a purchase, delivery or use of HumanTangle.com, contact HumanTangle so the issue can be reviewed. This does not prevent you from using any legal remedy or consumer-protection process available to you.
If a particular provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that does not automatically make every other provision unenforceable. The remaining provisions should continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
